Where does your coffee come from?
Our coffee is roasted fresh in the USA and shipped directly to you. We work with trusted roasting partners to ensure every bag is made fresh—not sitting on shelves for months.
What roast levels do you offer?
We offer different roast levels to match your taste:

Light Roast – brighter, fruity/floral notes, higher acidity

Medium Roast – balanced, smooth, classic coffee taste

What grind options do you offer?
We offer multiple grind options so you can brew the perfect cup:

Whole Bean (freshest option; grind at home)

Coarse Grind (French press / cold brew)

Medium Grind (drip coffee maker / pour-over)

Fine Grind (espresso / moka pot — depends on machine)
If you’re unsure which one to choose, we recommend Whole Bean for maximum freshness.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
